How GovRes plans and credits work, and when a charge is refundable.
Two plans, both in USD, both auto-renewing, both offered at signup with Monthly preselected. Every new subscriber starts with a 14-day free trial; the card is taken at signup and first charged when the trial ends.

One refund window: the first charge after the trial is refunded in full within 7 days, no questions asked. Renewals are not refundable, and each customer gets one refund in their lifetime. The policy is usage-blind on purpose, since usage cannot be checked yet; it is enforceable in Stripe today.
